Auto Renew

Enjoy the ease paying your membership directly from a credit or debit card and have your membership rollover from one season to the next!
Members on the Auto Renew Plan will have their membership auto-renewed each year. By signing the auto renew plan, you authorise the Bendigo Jockey Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated VISA or MasterCard in amounts as owed and as advised.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) the account details you have provided are correct and up to date
(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.
Opt out of membership rollover will occur prior to the renewal of membership each year. Members will be notified in writing (using the contact details provided) of the intention to auto-renew the membership for the upcoming season and members will be invited to opt out or make changes to their membership. Opt out of membership can be completed online by logging into the Members Portal, by calling Bendigo Jockey Club on 5448 4209 or by emailing info@bendigojockeyclub.com.au at least three business days prior to the rollover of membership.
Members will have their membership fee deducted in one lump sum payment upon application of membership. Members on the Auto Renew Plan will have their membership scheduled for auto-renewal each year. If a renewal payment is unable to be processed, further attempts to process the renewal payment may be made. If the renewal payment cannot be processed the membership will not be renewed.
Members are asked to notify the Club on 5448 4209 or info@bendigojockeyclub.com.au  if a card number or expiry date has changed to ensure that payments are able to be processed when due. 
If you believe a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact Bendigo Jockey Club Membership department on 5448 4209. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the withdrawal.
